★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネット見て物件の問い合わせしお店に来店したら【さきほどお申込みが入ってしまった】完全にオトリ物件。責任者の対応も悪く、二度とこの会社で部屋探しを依頼しない。星1つも付けたくないくらい最悪の応対でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ・家賃保証会社利用・保険額についての説明がなく、いきなり保険額込みで請求してきたので驚いた。賃料の3/4ほどでかなり高めだった。
・日付と曜日の対応を間違える。
・契約開始日を決めるよう伝えられたので所定の範囲内で開始日を決め、旧家の退去日も決めた後でクリーニングの関係でその日には入居できないと言われた。スケジュール管理能力を疑う。
・洗濯機置き場の幅の寸法について質問しても返事をしない。

神田駅周辺でお部屋探ししたんですが、神田に住んでいる人もいるようでスーパーの場所や有名なご飯屋さんをいろいろ教えてもらえました。

以前このマンションに住んでいたので東京に帰国の際も、住もうと他社に言ったらこの会社の専任で紹介できないといわれ渋々来店。
現地での内見も拒まれ、さらには手数料を請求されました。
管理は五反田の会社のようですが、なぜここを通さないと契約ができないのか聞きたいですね。
渋谷にある本社なのかわからないがそこのクチコミも信用できないですね。おそらく社員ぐるみで高評価にしようと頑張ってます。

水曜日は不動産業者さんはよく定休日と聞きますが、こちらは水曜日にも関わらずメールのが返ってきたりスピーディーな対応でした。

さらにいくつか聞いていない費用が見積書に載っていないものでかかるとの事。これで信用できなくなったので帰宅しました。こういう会社に騙されないよう、YouTubeで『賃貸 特約』などで調べて、ある程度論理武装して訪問されることをお勧めします。
