★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ニッショーさんの管理物件はお年寄りはシニアライフサポート（24時間セコムが駆け付けます）に加入必須だそうです。加入費30,000円、月々6000円プラスでかかります。月々6000円は安い物件を捜している人にはちょっと無理ですね。高齢者の方で、お値打ち物件を探したい人はニッショーさんは向いてないです。
Mr. Nissho's property is mandatory for senior citizens to participate in senior life support (24 hours SECOM will rush to). It costs a subscription fee of 30,000 yen and a monthly charge of 6000 yen. 6000 yen per month is a bit impossible for those who are looking for a cheap property. Nissho is not suitable for elderly people who want to find good value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 池下信号直ぐ近くに有って分かりやすいし、駐車場が裏手に有る。行く時には店員に"無料駐車場"を聞いてから行くべし。
何故なら有料駐車場だけ調べて行くと、出入り面倒な所を選んでしまうかも‼️

Because if you check only the toll parking lot, you may choose a place that is troublesome to enter and exit! ️
