★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 概ね良い。接客も丁寧である。返却時の駐車場が店舗前のみで狭いのは難点。インターネットで探せば割安なプランがあるので自分に合ったプランを検索すると良い。オプションの追加の保険に入るかは任意であるが個人的には不要と考える。めったにおきない事故に対して手厚く保証する必要がないと考えるのと、オプションの保険に入らずとも無保険ではなく最低限の保険には基本料金には入っているからである。万が一事故があったとしても数百万円の支払いが必要になるようなことはない。せいぜい数万円の支払いである。それを免れるために数千円支払うのはコスパが良くないと考えるのである。長野駅から善光寺とは反対側(栄えていない側)の出口を出て歩道橋を渡りすぐ店舗に着く。車両は最新式ではなかったが安いプランだったので仕方ない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ほぼ新車なのにスマートキーではなく、エコモードもアイドリングストップもなく、ウォッシャー液が入ってない状態で、異常に不便だった。毎月全国どこかでレンタカー利用してるけど、スマートキーでないのは何年ぶり？出発前の点検でボディに傷を発見、書類に記載がなかったので、追記を依頼。利用中にちょこっと擦ったので報告すると、ペイントすればいいだけの傷なのに7万とられた。擦ったのは自分が悪いけど、出発前の経験から、多分儲けるだけで修理しないんだろうと思うと、こういう儲け方ってどうなのかな、と思わざるを得ない。
掃除はとてもきれいにされてたし、基本的な顧客対応は問題なかったので、個店の問題というより本社の方針かもしれないけど。
