近くの有料駐車場に止めるか、公共交通機関を使うしかない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急な予約だったのですが、すばやい対応して下さり、当日の予定が予定道理出来ました。駅近のお店ですので非常に助かります。今後とも利用したい。

過去契約した他店(日産、トヨタ、ニッポン 等)と比べ対応が非常に悪いです
・特に忙しそうでもないのに客を待たせる。
待たせても「お待たせ致しました」の一言もない。
・他のスタッフと談笑しながら片手間にこちらの対応をする。
中年くらいの女性の方の対応が酷いです。
(他のスタッフさんは対応してもらったことが無いので分かりません)
レンタカーの点検で車両入れ替えの際も
こちらが交換して欲しいかのような対応で、
先方都合なのにこちらがワガママを言っているような対応を受けました。
あと、喫煙車指定で借りていたのですが、
雪が降りそうなタイミングでスタッドレスの依頼をしたところ、
「喫煙車用のスタッドレスはありません」と言われました。
レンタルした車種用のスタッドレスは準備がないのであれば分かりますが、
喫煙車用のスタッドレスが無いは意味がわかりません
(この時代で喫煙車が少ないのは理解していますが、同車種で禁煙車もあるのでそちらはスタッドレスがあるような言い方でした)
それ以外にもありますが、
この女性にはもう少し利用者に沿った対応をしていただけると良いかと思います
(おそらく同店舗はもう利用しないと思いますが)
