他所で、こんな対応する店舗は今まで無かった。
当然、修理は他所で頼みました。
全国出張で飛び回ってますが、ある意味、唯一無二。
When I request a repair at a business trip, I am arrogant and rude. It's a crappy store.
Until now, there was no such store in other places.
Naturally, I asked for repair elsewhere.
I am flying around on business trips across the country, but in a sense, it is unique.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新車の納車時、ボンネットに飛び石を発見しました。事前に伝えられる事もなく、こちらから言うまで黙っておられ、「後日、無料で修理します」と言われました。接客対応は、最低です。
When the new car was delivered, I found a stepping stone on the hood. Without being told in advance, I was silent until I said, "I will repair it for free at a later date." Customer service is the worst.

早目にオイル交換頼んでも「予定組んどきます～」って、言ったっきり…1ヶ月経ちました(笑)
もう交換時期過ぎてしまいました?
もしエンジン焼き付いたりしたら責任とってね！(笑)
福知山で整備出来る日産はここだけだから？一人勝ちで胡座かいて居られるみたいですが(笑)
客の気持ちにもなってもらいたいよね～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当の方はとても親切でした。部品の取り寄せと、ライトの感度調節をしてもらったのですが何だかエンジン音も静かになった。これはきっと少し秘密でメンテナンスをしてくれたのだろうと思ってます。
The person in charge was very kind. I ordered the parts and adjusted the sensitivity of the light, but the engine sound became quieter. I'm sure this was a little secret maintenance.
