★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらは「一括で支払いたい」「価格交渉もしない」「ほかの人に売約されても文句は言わない」と言っているのに何故か物別れに終わりました。まったく意味不明な主張をされるご老人で話が伝わりません。
こちらは取引の流れを聞いているだけだったのですが・・・？なぜか価格交渉されていると思われたようで「あんたには売らない」と言われました。支払総額を確認しようと尋ねると「ネットに載ってる」「それを見ろ」と言われ、「そちらがはっきり示すのが筋だ」と言ったがそのようにしてくれません出した。どうやら把握していないようです。
こちらの意思は上記の通りで伝えたんですがね。先に手付金を払うように要求してきます。また取引を急がせてきます。
明確な説明をしないくせに「まどろっこしいのは嫌いだ」などと説明を拒否してきました。
