★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応でため息吐かれるし、騒音の苦情行っても全く行動せずに、他の不動産屋にその物件押し付けて逃げる程の無能な不動産会社。2度と利用しないです。ここで賃貸購入しようとしてる人は、星一とか低い方のレビューの方が正しいです。接客業がちゃんとできない人達の集まりです。電話対応でここまでイラついたのは初めてでした。
An incompetent real estate company that sighs on the phone, does not act at all even if it complains about noise, and pushes the property to another real estate agent and runs away. I will never use it again. For those who are trying to rent here, the one with the lowest star or the lower one is more correct. It is a group of people who cannot properly serve customers. It was the first time I was so frustrated with the telephone response.

伝えておいた条件をきちんと読んでいない、再度確認するよう頼んでもそのままで連絡が来ないなど、およそプロの仕事とは言えない。
何より怪しいのは、一度は店舗の方に来てくれと言うのが普通なのに、こちらから出向くと言っても断られたこと。
客を店に近づけたくないようで、おかしい。
見切りをつけ他の不動産屋にお世話になったら、すぐに部屋が見つかった。
星５つの人は、おそらく分譲を購入した方だろう。
そういう点で客を選んでいるとも言えるので、賃貸を選びたい方は他へ行った方がいい。
実際、持っている物件数も少ない。
