清潔感のあるスタッフの皆様と店内でした。

賃貸は他の不動産会社よりも4～10万円ほど初期費用が高いですし、そもそも低額物件の人を人間として馬鹿にしてるような感じを受けました
ここに行くなら近くのエイブルの方が絶対おすすめです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普通の不動産屋さん。アパマンの仕組みだと思うけど、地図で物件が見られるのが良い。色々と調べてくれるような不動産屋ではない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不動産会社はよくも悪くもこんなものかと思わせられるところが多いです。西日本では大坂も岡山も、東日本では26市で（ウチの会社指定なので仕方なく）常連ですが、本当に辺り外れが多いと思います。立川は北口南口両店舗とも元気で感じはいいですが北口はのんびり。昭島は途中でこちらから断って止め違う店舗にしました、色々と難アりです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近々で家を決めなくてはならなくて、たまたま電話したのが昭島店でした。電話で事情を話すとお店に良ければ来てくださいと言ってくださり当日伺いました。店舗は昭島駅の南口のすぐ目の前にあるので凄くわかりやすかったです。店内はとても綺麗で清潔感を感じました。対応してくれたのが店長さんと塩満さんという男性の方だったのですが、物件探しも初めてで不安の中、物件の条件や周りの環境までも詳しく説明してくれ、とても丁寧に対応して頂きました。内見も何件もみたいとの要望にも嫌な顔せず気持ちよく対応してくれ、また部屋の善し悪し周りの環境も教えて下さいました。条件提示が多い中こちらの希望に添えるよう物件を探してくれ希望の部屋を見つける事ができました！初めての暮らしで不安の中親身に相談や、対応してくれ気持ち良く部屋を見つける事ができたので、とても感謝しています
