★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年程前に、給湯器を交換して頂きました。とても対応が良く親身に考えてくださったので、今回はビルトインコンロを取り付けて頂きました。こちらの目線になっていろいろ提案をして下さったり、本当に素晴らしいお店だと思います。困った時に電話した際もすぐに対応して頂き本当に涙が出るほど嬉しかったです。近々のレンジフード交換もよろしくお願いします。
I replaced the water heater about two years ago. The support was very good and thoughtful, so this time I installed the built-in stove. I think it's a really wonderful shop, with a lot of suggestions from various perspectives. When I was in trouble, I was so happy that I could tear up when I called. Please exchange the range hood in the near future.

お値段が安くて非常に助かりました。
それと来て頂いた方は元々某メーカーでサービスマンをされていた方という事で、機器にも詳しく安心してお任せ出来ました。近々実家の給湯器交換も考えているのでまた利用したいと思います。☆5でした。

The price was cheap and it was very helpful.
The person who came with me was originally a serviceman at a certain manufacturer, so I was able to leave it to him with confidence because he was familiar with the equipment. I'm thinking about replacing the water heater in my parents' house soon, so I'd like to use it again. ☆ It was 5.
