★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11年目のエコキュートが故障してしまい、交換を考え、Google検索でセキ・システム・サービスさんにお願いすることにしました。新築時に設置以来初めての交換だったので、色々と不安がありましたが、親切丁寧に対応して頂き、安心してお任せすることが出来ました。また、工事予定日が大きい地震のあった翌日でしたが、そんな状況の中、安全を踏まえ、予定通り設置して頂けました。耐震のこともしっかり考えてくださり、次回交換する時期が来たらまたセキさんにお願いしようと思っています。

3.11の震災では電気温水器のタンクが倒れてるのを散見しましたが、我が家はセキさんが耐震対策で家の壁に固定してくれたおがげで大丈夫でした。断水時に温水器のお湯が使えて重宝しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リビングのエアコンを設置して15年経ち、この機会に暖房エアコンにしようとお付き合いのあるセキさんに見積りを依頼しました。
その際に、冬場に漏電ブレーカが時々落ちることも相談すると次のような見解でした。
・現在オール電化なので漏電ブレーカの容量を上げた方がよい
・その為には電力メータからの配線と分電盤を変える必要がある
・上記に合わせて電力との契約容量も見直したほうがよい
エアコン交換だけのつもりが電力契約まで見直すことになりましたが、説明に納得できたので一式の工事をしていただきました。
エアコンの操作方法も丁寧に説明いただき、施工後にお願いした細かな手直しも笑顔で対応いただきました。

いつも親切で丁寧な対応をして頂けるので安心です。今回は、トイレの改修をお願いしました。ドアと木枠が邪魔で、車椅子だと入りづらかったのですが、今回、ドア、木枠、手洗い、収納を撤去し、広いトイレ空間にしていただきました。また、手すりも付けていただき、母も安全にストレスなくトイレを利用できるようになり、とても喜んでいました。
私が、東京から帰省するタイミングに合わせて、実質２日間で完成させていただき、とても助かりました。迅速、丁寧かつ良心的な価格でお勧めの設備会社さんです。
