T	Take Shinotsuka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年7月21日(水)12:10 平日の正午を少し回った時間だったけど、正面の駐車場はほぼ満車と大盛況。入り口で店員さんに体温を測られ、入店。入り口すぐのカウンター席に着座。五目鉄板焼そばが「名物」とあるので、そちらと、平日ランチセット（水曜日は半ライスに半餃子）をオーダー。 10分ほどで到着。なるほど、熱々に熱せられた鉄板の上にジュージューと威勢の良い音を立てながら五目焼そば到着。見た目のインパクトとボリュームはなかなかのもの取り皿もついているのでそちらで冷ましながらいただく。そしてお味は・・・うーん、美味しいけど、それ以上でもそれ以下でもない。ごく普通の五目焼そば。 10点中7点みたいな合格点ではあるが何か足りない。ぶっといめんにしてもちもち感を出すとか、味付けでもっと出汁とかにんにく効かせるとか、見た目に負けないインパクトが欲しいな。餃子とライスもごくごく普通。 1,200円越えの価格設定もこのリッチにこの手のランチじゃやや割高か。普通にウマイがもう一度行くかと言われたら違うとこ探すかな。ごちそうさまでした。 Wednesday, July 21, 2021 12:10 It was a little past noon on weekdays, but the parking lot in front was almost full and it was a great success. 舘	舘康裕 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の昼の12時ごろに来店。店内はそれほど混んでいなかったので、すぐに入ることができました。店の前には消毒用のアルコール、店に入ると、検温、客が帰った後のテーブルはアルコール消毒していて、コロナ対策もしていました。さて、私たちが注文したのが、鉄板焼きそばとドッキング麺。焼きそばは餡掛けがたっぷりで、麺がなかなか出てきませんでした。鉄板に触れている麺はパリパリ、逆に上の部分の麺は柔らかくて、この二つが混ざり合っていて、また食べてみたいと思うくらい、美味しかったですね。ドッキング麺はジャージャー麺と餡掛けラーメンが合体したもので、ゴマがたっぷりで、食べた後に少し辛さを感じます。 I came to the store around 12:00 noon on Saturday.
