美味しく完食させて頂きました。

お店は大通りから、少し入った所にあります。駐車場は広いです。
店に入ると、いらっしゃいませーと元気に迎えてくれました。
お客さんで、席は8割位埋まってました。
メニューを見て、後から来たお客さんが何を注文するのか聴いてみて、マーボーそばが多かったのでマーボーそばと半ライスを注文してみました。
注文して10分掛からずに配膳されました。
速いです。
食べて見ると、麺が持ち上がらないほど、餡がしっかりしてます。
マーボーを食べると、熱い辛い甘い❗
時間が少したつと餡が柔らかくなり、麺をすすれる様になりました。
半ライスで辛さを中和しつつ完食です。
美味しかったです。

This is my first visit.
The shop is just a short walk from the main street. The parking lot is large.
When I entered the store, they welcomed me and welcomed me.

I ordered it and it was served in less than 10 minutes.
It's fast.

After a while, the bean paste became softer and I started to sip the noodles.
It is a complete meal while neutralizing the spiciness with half rice.
It was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回、初めての訪問です。まずは看板メニューのマーボーメンを頂くのが定石ですが、敢えてのカントンメンを注文。
開店直後でお客さんが少なかったせいか、数分でお料理が到着。
パッと見たところ五目あんかけラーメンと言った感じで、予想と異なるビジュアルに意表を突かれましたが、まずは麺をズルッと一口。小麦の味をしっかり感じられ、太さにムラのある独特の縮れ麺です。非常に食感が良く、あっさりながらしっかりダシの効いたとろみのあるスープがよく絡む美味しい麺です。
一心不乱に食べ進んでいると、あっという間に完食。お腹もいっぱいで大満足です。

At first glance, it looked like Gomoku Ankake Ramen, and I was surprised by the unexpected visuals, but first I took a bite of noodles. It is a unique curly noodle with a firm taste of wheat and uneven thickness. It is a delicious noodle that has a very good texture and is often entwined with a thick soup that is light and firm.
If you continue to eat with all your heart, you will be able to finish your meal in no time. I am very satisfied with my stomach.
It was a feast.
