★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １年ぶりにディナー伺いました。ちょっとコース内容変わってまして、心斎橋のフレンチディナーなのにお手頃な5000円コースなんかありました。久々なのでこのコースで☝️?お料理内容、お味、絶妙でした。お連れの祖母も喜んでました。ソムリエさん達の接客、若い人から熟練さんまで最初から最後まで、ものすごく丁寧でした。熟練さんの冗談トークもさりげなくひかえめに楽しく?
おかげで美味しく気分良い時間過ごせました。近くではないので、しょっちゅう立ち寄れませんが、必ずまた来店したいですね。
 I visited dinner for the first time in a year. The course contents have changed a little, but there was a reasonable 5000 yen course for a Shinsaibashi French dinner. It's been a long time, so this course was ☝️? cooking contents, taste, exquisite. My grandmother with me was also happy. Sommelier's customer service was very polite, from the beginning to the end, from young to skilled. Skillful joke talk is casually fun ?
Thanks to you, I was able to spend a good time. I'm not close, so I can't stop by all the time, but I definitely want to visit the store again.

ホテル日航大阪とファッションモール「OPA」の間を徒歩5分。
間口は小さく見えますが、店内はゆったりしています。
もともとは、高級フレンチだったようですが、現在はソムリエが居る街の小さなフレンチレストラン。と言った雰囲気です。
ランチは、¥2500から。
ディナーは、¥5000から
飲み放題などのオプションはありませんよ。
料理は、苦手・アレルギーなどがある食材を聞いてくれます。事前予約時にお店に伝えておくとイイですよ。
とても丁寧に対応して下さいます。
ワインは、ソムリエがアドバイスしてくれるので安心。
このソムリエ、話術に長けていて面白い❗
お料理は言わずもがなですが、ソムリエとの会話は、体験するだけの価値はあります。(ワインだけのソムリエ資格保持者じゃないのも粋です)
私が訪ねた2020年1月は、スパークリングワインかラインアップされていました。
店内は、禁煙?
喫煙する方は、入り口左側の喫煙コーナーを利用して下さいね。(屋外ですよ)
駐輪場・市営駐輪場は、ありません。電車でお越し下さい。
駐車場もありません。コインパーキングをご利用下さい。

The frontage looks small, but the store is spacious.

ちょっとした目新しいお料理もあり、ソムリエさんから丁寧に説明いただいたワインも飲みやすかったです。
満足してたら最後にまたデザートがこんなに？！と嬉しいお腹いっぱい加減。
メニューはどのくらいの頻度で変わるんでしょうか。ぜひまた伺いたいと思います☆

玉ねぎのフランとアユのペルシャードがとても相性よく何皿でも食べたいと思える組み合わせでした。
魚料理は皮目がとても香ばしくカリッと焼き上げてあり、塩加減が絶妙でとても美味しかったです。
メインに仔羊肉が出てきたのですが、臭みが全くなくとても香ばしい羊の香りがし、脂身まで全て食べられました。
ワインもめずらしいものをいただきとても満足です。
また食事したいと思えるいいお店でした。
We had a very satisfying lunch in terms of taste, service and atmosphere.
The onion flan and sweetfish pershard were a very good combination and I wanted to eat as many dishes as I wanted.
The fish dish was very fragrant and crispy, and the saltiness was exquisite and very delicious.
Lamb meat came out in the main, but it had no odor and had a very fragrant sheep scent, and I was able to eat all the fat.
I am very satisfied with the rare wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビストロヴァンサンクの頃に何度も利用していて、25年の年を経て娘と初めて行きました。オーナーさんもスタッフも変わったはずなのにお店の匂いが変わっていなくて泣きそうに。味はもちろん美味しかったですがスタッフのプロな話し方やおもてなしがやっぱり最高！！
娘もクラシックフレンチをすごく喜んでくれました✨また行きます✨?
I used it many times when I was a bistro van thunk, and after 25 years, I went with my daughter for the first time. The owner and staff should have changed, but the smell of the shop hasn't changed and I feel like crying. The taste was delicious, of course, but the professional way of speaking and hospitality of the staff was the best! !!
My daughter was very pleased with Classic French ✨ I will go again ✨ ?
