A	AYAKA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すごく楽しみに婚約指輪、結婚指輪を探しにいったのですが、接客がひどく、悲しすぎるものでした。店長さんでしたが、鼻で笑う感じ、めんどくさそうで指輪すら提示しない。一生に一度の大切なものを買いにいったのになんであんな接客をされなきゃいけないんだと帰りは涙がとまりませんでした。こちらの都合ですが彼と会う休みも珍しく、遠くからだったので彼にも申し訳なかったです。ほかの店員さんの感じはよかったので残念でした。もちろんコスパも大切ですが誰から買うかは大切だなと思いました。きっと遠くから買いにこられる方も多いと思うのでもう少し気持ちよく接客していただけるとありがたいです。 I was really looking forward to looking for an engagement ring and a wedding ring, but the customer service was terrible and I was too sad. k	kazu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 質のいいダイヤモンドルースを探してネットで色々なお店をあたっていました。そして、宝寿堂さんで希望の条件にあうルースをみつけたのですが一つだけ気になるところがあったので、何気なくメールで問い合わせてみました。すると、その気になるところもクリアできるルースを探すこともできますよという返事をすぐにいただきました。よければという感じでした。しつこい感じがしなかったで、気軽にたのんでみたところ、またすぐに、ありましたよと返事をいただきました。これもまた、こんな感じのものが見つかりましたがいかがなさいますか?という感じだったので気に入らなかったらたぶん簡単に断れたと思います。でも、提案いただいたものがこちらの希望通りだったので、すぐ次の日に行くことに。色々確認させていただいて、不安な点があれば購入せずに帰ろうと思ってたのですが連絡いただいた通りのもので納得できましたので購入させていただきました。お店は皆さんおっしゃられているようなお店ですが、平日、開店間もない時間でも私の他に2、3人のお客さんが来られていました。デパートで買ったら同じものは価格的に買えなかったと思います。これからも一般人にも上質なジュエリーを手に入れることができるお店として頑張っていってほしいので、応援とお礼を兼ねて投稿させていただきました。これからもご縁がありましたらよろしくお願いします。長くなりすみません。 I was looking for a good quality diamond loose and hit various shops online. つ	つぶみ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 婚約指輪・結婚指輪から始まり、とても長い間何度も伺い何点か購入させて頂いてきました。メンテナンスやサイズ直しも含めて、ジュエリーの事はほぼこちらでお世話になってきました。担当者もだいたい決まっていますが、直近で伺った時は今までとは対応が違って、モヤモヤ感を抱きながら帰宅しました。こちらのお店は購入に際しては色々なアドバイスもくださり、価格もお安いと思いますが、他店で購入したジュエリーのメンテナンスをお願いしたり、他店で購入したジュエリーを身に付けて行くと、対応があまり良くないのかなと感じました。個性的なものをお選びになってらっしゃるようですし…と他店で購入したものに対して少しバカにしたような目線で実際に言われ、何だか悲しい気持ちになりました。10万円前後のものは宝寿堂さんからはジュエリーの内に入らないのかもしれませんが、他店の商品を下に見たり、他店で購入したジュエリーのメンテナンスをお願いする人に対しての冷たい対応はいかがなものかなと思います。 (対応してくださる方によると思いますが…) 何か良いものがあればと商品を見せて頂こうと思っていましたが、用が済んだら帰ってと言われてるような雰囲気でしたので、すぐに帰りました。今まででこんな気持ちになって帰宅したのは初めてでした。今後こちらで購入したジュエリーのメンテナンスに伺う事自体怖くなりました。婚約指輪や結婚指輪を探してる知人を紹介した経験もありますが、今後は自信を持って宝寿堂さんを紹介する事はできなくなりました。残念です。
あ	あや on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3年前に購入しました。内側に刻印入りで、主人はシンプルデザイン・私は表にキラキラが付いているのですが、夫婦2人で確か12万程度でした。安くて良いお買い物だったなぁ〜と今でも思います★メンテナンスも無料でしていただけるので、1年に1回夫婦で指輪磨きにお邪魔しています(^^)磨いていただいた後は新品のようにピカピカですし、30分〜1時間程度預けて出来上がるので、早いなぁ！と毎回驚きます。購入当時20代半ばだったのですが、当時の自分は他のイベントにお金をかけたい！結婚指輪は1番予算低めで、でもちゃんとした所が良いなぁ〜というワガママな要望で宝寿堂さんに辿り着きました。最初に近くのガーデン心斎橋に行き指輪を色々見せて貰いました。店舗も綺麗で若めのスタッフさんが多く煌びやかな感じでしたが、数やブランド？が多すぎて、また希望を叶えようとすると余裕で予算オーバーなので選びきれず…その直後に宝寿堂さんに行きました。ガーデンとは異なり古めの雑居ビルなのでドキドキしながら行きましたが、アットホームな雰囲気で「大阪！」という感じがしました(笑)綺麗なジュエリーショップと比べると店内は狭めかもしれませんが、指輪の種類は豊富でした。ベテランスタッフさんの明るい面白い接客で「絶対ここで買おう！」と即決しました(^ ^)いつ行っても客層も幅広い印象なので誰でも行きやすいと思います♪ I bought it 3 years ago.
