ワインや日本酒が頂けます。
一品一品手の込んだお料理で、気のよさそうな店主が説明してくれます。
最初の前菜（この日は８品）が絶品でした。
その後も、お刺身、茶碗蒸し、グラタン、お肉料理など、料理に合うお酒を出してくれて最高の一時を過ごさせて貰いました。
料理も雰囲気も店主も最上級のおもてなしでした。
知られたくない名店です。

その全てが完成された逸品
その日その日の仕入れに合わせて出てくる小皿料理は確かに和食だけれども洋も感じさせる奥行き
このお店は入った瞬間から店主向井さんの独壇場

3回目です。
お料理はいつもと変わらず美味しかったです。
ただ気になる点がマスター、まったくマスクしてないんです。
普段ならいいですがこのコロナ禍ではちょっと、
それと虫の居所が悪かったのか、機嫌が悪く、感じ悪かったです。
でもコロナがおさまって、しばらくしたらまた行くかな。
料理はコストパフォーマンス最高なので。

料理の一品一品が丁寧で、お出汁も丁寧にとられてるようでとても美味しかったです！
この料理にこの食材が入っているの？！とビックリさせられ新鮮さを与えてくれるお店。
ドリンクメニューはありません。客の好みとお料理に合うものを提供していただけます。
カクテルのシロップも手作り。
例えば、いただいた茶碗蒸しには皮を剥いたトマトやマッシュルーム、モッツァレラチーズのような食感の白カビのチーズの上にバジルソースがかかっていました。でもしっかり茶碗蒸し(笑)
グラタンには白子が入っており、チーズの代わりに塩辛がのっていました。
どれも全ての食材がマッチしておりとても美味しかったです！
こんな小さなお店GOTOイートやらなかったら絶対存在知らなかったです(笑)
お店の方は1人で調理から接客全てをされているので十分な接客とは言えません(声も聞こえづらい)が、1人で全部をこなされているのでしょうがないのかと。。マスクをしていなかったので星減らしました(汗
