何がそんなに偉いのか、何がその人をそんなに偉そうにさせているのかは不明。
煽るように不快な言葉でまくし立てられ、物凄く不愉快な気持ちにさせられた。ストレスが溜まっているのか知らないが、八つ当たりなら他でやってください。
若者ではない社員の教育をちゃんとしてください。

まず高圧的な言い方があり、言った通りにしろとか、自分や会社の間違いに対して謝罪しない。
お客様と会社は対等じゃないんですか？
会社の方が上なんですかね？

・まともに管理していません、表から見えないところは荒れ放題です。
・入居時に賃貸契約以外の気持ち悪い契約書を書かされます。
・電話担当は無愛想で、質問にまともに答えません。
・記載している賃料と管理費以外に、１割以上の金額が毎月発生します。

もう結構なおじさんの声でした。
こんなにだるそうな、めんどくさそうな話し方で電話対応されたのは初めてで驚きました。

ここの管理会社の部屋ってわかってたら借りなかったと思います。
