★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東宝ハウスで購入を検討し、社員の担当者といろいろとやり取りをしましたが、話をしていると間取りや値段などの簡単な数字も把握しておらず、細かい段取りも要領が悪く、専門知識も低い印象でもっとしっかりしてほしいなと言う印象でした
メールでのやり取りもしましたが、Re,Ccなどの基本的なメールの使い方も理解しておらず、文体も社会人としてどうかなと感じました
こちらが購入の検討を控える旨を伝えると手のひらを返したように誠意のない対応を取るようになり、感情的な発言もあり、正直かなり呆れました
私の担当になったこの担当者の個人の問題なのかもしれませんが、50歳近い社員でこのレベルというのはさすがにひどいです
不動産という高額な商品を買うには、ちょっと付き合いをためらう相手だなという印象をもちました
