★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 軽量の合い鍵を作りに行きました。色々なかわいいデザインのプリントがありました。新宿駅からは、ちょっと遠かったですが、交差点の分かりやすい場所にありました。なんと数分でできてしまう！！不具合があれば、後日お直しもしてくれるそうです。全く問題なく使えています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもお世話になっている鍵屋さんです。たぶんこちらで10本以上作っています☆合鍵を10分以内で手早く作って下さって、とても助かっています。お値段も1本770円（税込み）なので、普通のところよりもお安いかなと思います♪
スタッフの方もみんな感じが良く、中でも女性のスタッフさんがいつも笑顔で対応して下さって、「なにか雰囲気変わりました？」など、こちらのことも気にかけて下さるので、すごくありがたいなって思っています。
とてもおすすめの鍵屋さんです☆

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マンションの鍵が開かなくなり困っていたところ、ネットで検索して電話で簡易見積もりをお願いしました。
簡易見積もりも出していただいた上、その電話口で「試して欲しい開け方がある」と教えていただき、なんと教えていただいた方法で鍵を開けることが出来ました。
つまり、無料です。
本当に助かりました。
ありがとうございます。
ちなみに、相見積もりを取るため、他社に電話したところ、「現地で確認しないと見積もりは出せない」と言われ、現地に来た方からは「完全に壊れているので10万円」と言われました。
恐ろしや…
私は今後何かあれば「鍵の救急車新宿店」さんを利用したいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鍵が複雑だった為か結局開けられなかったのに出張費以外に１万７千円ほど取られました。総額2万６千円。開けられなかったのにその金額ってあり得ますか？
開けられなかった為に勿論合鍵も作っておらず、滞在時間は1時間強で2万６千円。
後日店に電話をしたら電話に出た店員ははっきりとは答えてくれなくて、開けられなかった担当本人に開けられない場合でも料金は取られるのか？の返答には
はっきりとそうですとの事。
正直悪質だと思う。
