コ	コテコノ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リフォーム→引越しまで時間がなかったため、不動産屋に紹介されて木下にリフォームを注文、やらないと言った箇所が、何故か見積もりに入ってる。やると言ってカタログから選んで見積もりにも入っているのに施工してない。撤去するはずの棚が撤去されてない。結局、「やり忘れた箇所の分の見積もりの金額から引いときますんで」で終わり。施工後もリフォーム箇所の使い方や何の説明もなく終わり。部屋にポツンと置かれていた説明書を読みながら、すごく後味悪いし後悔しました。アフターサービスも皆無です。しかし施工自体は悪くなかったので、結局職人は良くても、担当する営業マンや木下側の現場責任者によって、良かったか悪かったかの結果は変わるんでしょうが、私はハズレでした。後日、両親がリフォームする際、もちろん木下は高いだけで絶対やめろと話した。選んだのは地域密着の小さいリフォーム屋だったが、アットホームで施工も丁寧、説明も丁寧、サービスもよく、値段も木下よりずっと安い。余計に後悔しました。後悔先に立たず・・・。リフォームは高い買い物なので焦らずじっくり何社か見に来てもらい、見積もり取って選ぶべきですね。 Remodeling → I didn't have time to move, so I was introduced to a real estate agent and ordered a remodeling from Kinoshita. Even after the construction, it ended without any explanation or how to use the remodeled part. I regretted it because it had a very bad aftertaste while reading the instruction manual that was placed in the room. There is no after-sales service. However, the construction itself was not bad, so even if the craftsman is good, the result of good or bad will change depending on the sales person in charge and the site manager on the Kinoshita side, but I was a mistake. Later, when my parents remodeled, of course Kinoshita told me to stop because it was expensive. I chose a small remodeling shop that is closely related to the community, but at home, the construction was polite, the explanation was polite, the service was good, and the price was much cheaper than Kinoshita. I regret it more. I have no regrets ... Remodeling is an expensive purchase, so don't be impatient and ask some companies to come and see and get a quote.
