★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麻婆豆腐を頼みましたが餡の粘りが相当強く、柔いわらび餅のようでした。豆腐もぬるい感じで具材もあまりなく味的にもあまり好みではありませんでした。
 I ordered mapo tofu, but the bean paste was very sticky and it looked like a soft warabi mochi. The tofu was lukewarm and there weren't many ingredients, so I didn't really like the taste.

麻婆豆腐が好きで、色んな店に食べ巡って、やっぱり開縁一番美味しいです。
麻婆豆腐だけではなく、中国出身のオーナーシェフが作った他の料理も美味しかった。事前予約すればリクエストして好きな食べたい料理も作ってくれます。ママも優しくてサービスも良い。

Not only mapo tofu but also other dishes made by the owner chef from China were delicious. If you make a reservation in advance, you can make the food you want and request. Moms are kind and good service.

食べ飲み放題3300円と謳っているが、合コンでは食事5品飲み放題で1人4000円で利用されている。
ママと言われる店主に食べ飲み放題の方が安いと確認したが合コン幹事に確認してくれという、一点張り。
あれ？これは、、、？？
もしかして、、、？？
という印象しかないです、、。
料理の味は何処にでもある町中華でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチタイムおばちゃん1人でホールを廻していたが、サービスが良く気持ちが良い。常連も多いようだ。定食は曜日替わりで4種、800円それと麺類760円。麺は大体中華麺か刀削麺かを選べる様。自分は普通に麻辣刀削麺をオーダー。見た目は真っ赤だが見た目ほど辛く無い。むしろ一般的な普通辛を下回ると思う。味付けも薄い感じ。麺も硬めでブツブツ切れる感じのためスープも絡まず自分的には合わなかった。常連も多い様なので普通の定食がうまいのではないかと思う。お店は地下だがPayPayが使え楽天が利用できた。

味はそこそこ無難に美味しいと思います。
がしかし、
不満な点は、豆腐より餡が多いのでバランスが悪すぎ。
豆腐を増すか、もしくは餡は半分で良い。
最後餡が残り何か違うものを食べているようであった。
スープは気を使いすぎ。冷たい⁉いや、ぬるすぎ（笑）

But,
The dissatisfaction is that there is more bean paste than tofu, so the balance is too bad.
Add more tofu or halve the bean paste.
It seemed that the last bean paste remained and was eating something different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日替わり5種のメニューから、回鍋肉を選択。ライス、小皿、スープ付き800円は場所柄妥当なところか。はたして、料理は良く言えば家庭的。悪く言えば雑。でもコレが普通の中華だと思う。味つけは本国風で美味しくいただけた。もうちょっとボリュームが欲しいかも。
Select Twice-cooked meat from 5 kinds of daily menus. Is 800 yen with rice, small plate and soup a reasonable place? As expected, cooking is homely, to put it better. To put it badly, it's miscellaneous. But I think this is normal Chinese food. The seasoning was home-style and delicious. Maybe you want a little more volume.
