物件の騒音は問題ないと言われたのに住んだら四方から騒音朝方まで続き朝までねれない状況。詐欺にあったとしか思えない。管理が行き渡っておらず階段が壊れ子供が転び頭を打ったことを言ってもすぐに見回りますと言ってから1カ月直しもしない。対応が酷すぎる。いいところが１つもないが☆１つやらないと投稿出来ないので仕方なく。悩んでる人はこの不動産に騙されないように。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車庫証明手続きの際も対応が丁寧でした。インターネット契約や退去時のインターネット回線撤去の際も退去後の回線撤去で構わないなどと仰ってくださり非常に助かりました。
低評価をつけている方へ。騒音云々等は個々人で感じる程度は違うと思います。契約前に周辺の状況を確認しなかったご自身に問題があるのでは。。
接客も気になることはありませんでした。むしろ物件のメリットデメリットを率直につたえてくださったので助かりました。
