平日の午前10時過ぎ、紅茶（マルコポーロ）420円を注文。ドリンク代のみでモーニングの日替わりのホットサンドを付けてもらえます♪この日はハムチーズ♪
今回、紅茶は陶器のカップで提供されました。
劇場1階の吹き抜けの天井が高く、ガラス張りの大きな窓から外を眺めることができ、開放感があります。通路にもなっている空間のため少々落ち着かないかもしれませんが、私は気に入っていて時々長居してしまいます♪
初回訪問（2018）
コスパが良いと思います。
お昼から15時までは、ホットサンド（ハムチーズ）セットが520円。サラダとドリンクがつきます。
ホットサンドはチーズがよく伸びて美味しかったです。サラダはレタスとパプリカにイタリアンドレッシング？で、量もわりとたくさんあって満足。ドリンクは紅茶にしたのですが、香り高くて有名なマリアージュフレールのマルコポーロのティーバッグが保温性の高い二重構造の透明カップに入っており、最後まで熱々で美味しくいただけました(^-^)

After 10 am on weekdays, I ordered a tea (Marco Polo) 420 yen. Morning daily hot sand can be attached only for drink fee ♪ Ham cheese on this day ♪
This time, the tea was served in a ceramic cup.
The ceiling of the atrium on the first floor of the theater is high, and the outside can be seen from the large glass window. It may be a little restless because of the space that is also a passage, but I like it and sometimes stay long ♪

From noon to 15:00, a hot sand (ham cheese) set costs 520 yen. Comes with salad and drink.
The hot sand was good because the cheese grew well. Salad lettuce and paprika with Italian dressing? So, I'm satisfied with the amount. The drink was made of tea, but the fragrant and famous Marriage Frère's Marco Polo tea bag is in a transparent cup with a high thermal insulation double structure, it was hot and delicious until the end (^-^)
