目の前でシェフが野菜、牛肉と焼いていき出来たてを頂く形式です。
肉が200ｇコースでしたが満足でした。個人的な好みでいえばもう少し野菜が油っこくないことを望みます。
 I do not know the other rooms, but what we passed was a table like a dug in a Japanese-style room with a view of the garden from the room.
In front of you, the chef cooks vegetables, beef and freshly cooked vegetables.
The meat was 200g course but I was satisfied. For personal preference, I hope that the vegetables are a little less oily.
