大	大村かな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お出汁が本物！高級料亭で頂く物と同じ。オーナーは料理長経験も多くカジュアルなお店ですがクオリティ高い。一人で初めて行きましたが居心地の良い時間でした。いつか二階でお任せコースの宴会させていただきますね。 The soup stock is real! Same as what you get at a high-class restaurant. The owner has a lot of experience as a chef and is a casual restaurant, but the quality is high. I went there for the first time alone, but it was a comfortable time. Someday, we will have a banquet for the course on the second floor.
坂	坂本健太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 従業員の方達はいつ行ってもしっかりとマスクを着用しており、検温、手指消毒、カウンターは密にならぬようにと、今もコロナ対策をされています。店主のお酒や料理の知識も豊富で、何を食べても美味しい。だしで日本酒が呑めるほど、だしが美味！店主や従業員の方々の人柄も凄く良く、二条駅界隈で1番好きなお店です。 Employees always wear masks, and corona measures are still taken to prevent temperature measurement, finger disinfection, and counters from becoming dense. The owner has a wealth of knowledge about sake and cooking, and whatever he eats is delicious. The soup stock is so delicious that you can drink sake! The personalities of the shop owners and employees are also very good, and it is my favorite shop in the Nijo station area.
ま	まさひろ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丸茄子田楽（780円）がめちゃくちゃ好き。味噌が甘いんじゃなくて、ナスが甘くてクリーミー。これホントオススメ。日本酒初心者なので「甘口で華やかなお酒ありますか？」とお店のお兄さんに聞いたら出てきたのが「萩の鶴」というお酒。ラベルが可愛いからとりあえず写真撮った（笑）お猪口での試飲が無料（！）で、グラスで頂きました。これは飲みやすくて大変危険。オーナーによれば、日本酒はいつも40種類くらいストックしてて、しかも日替わりらしいので、来るたびに新たな出会いがありそう。 I love Maru gyoza Tanaku (780 yen). The miso is not sweet, the eggplant is sweet and creamy. This is really recommended. As I am a beginner of sake, I asked "Do you have sweet and colorful sake?" I took a photo for the time being because the label is cute (laughs) Tasting at the dining room was free (!) And received in glass. This is easy to drink and very dangerous. According to the owner, about 40 types of sake are always stocked, and it seems to be daily, so there will be new encounters each time they come.

M	Masayuki Yonemura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great time there. Good tempura, good sake. The owner knows a lot about local sake breweries in Kyoto and he has some less-nationally known brands. Suggest you experiment. He is a crazy guy with interesting background...talk to him if you are passionate about biking, knife polishing, vacation on a cruise ship... and, of course sake/nihonshu. I think he speaks a bit of English, too.
