★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちゃんぽんを注文、もやしは黒くなって、腐った野菜を食べている感じ。他の食材も心配で途中で食べるのをやめた。。。店が古くて、清潔感ゼロ。こういう店は以前でしたら味があると言うかもしれませんが、コロナの時代で生き残れるのは厳しい。。。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ やや薄味ながらしっかりしたうまみがあった。値段も非常に手頃でいかにも長崎などで食べる手軽なちゃんぽんという感じ。
ちゃんぽんばかり食べていたが、味噌ちゃんぽんにしてみたら、やや塩気が強いもののキャベツの甘みなどがしっかり出ていてかなりおいしかった。ランチ時は半ライスがサービスなのでちょうどいい感じだった。
It had a slightly light taste but a solid taste. The price is very reasonable and it feels like a handy champon to eat in Nagasaki.
I ate only champon, but when I tried miso champon, it was a little salty, but the sweetness of the cabbage came out firmly and it was quite delicious. Half-rice was served at lunch, so it was just right.

飛び抜けて美味しいとは言わないが、具材もしっかりしているし堅実な仕立てで、リンガーハットのような画一化されたものとは別物。
駅から離れた裏路地かつ狭い階段を上がった2階にある店舗のため、知らなければ足が向かない場所にある古い店だが、何年も潰れずにあるということは…で入ってみて納得。次は皿うどんにチャレンジしてみたい。

麺や具材は及第点。
スープは豚骨が主体なのか、一般的な町中華の味とは異なり濃厚さがありました。
また、コッテリ感や胡椒やニンニクの風味があって美味しいです。
若干値段は高め？？？ご馳走でした！！
