Y	Yuichiro KOJIMA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 四川系の料理が多い店で、いわゆる日本の中華料理ではなく現地寄りの味付けが楽しめる。麻辣刀削麺を看板に掲げてるので試しに入ってみたら、なかなか美味しくてリピート確定。辛さはオーダー時に選べるが、質問すると中国基準の辛さだと言うので小辛にしたが、これでもそこそこ辛く味わうのに丁度いいレベル。（後日リピ）坦々麺と焼餃子・水餃子をオーダー。坦々麺は、麺が細くなり胡麻が少し増えた刀削麺という印象。手打ちのモチモチ感が好きなら、刀削麺がオススメ。餃子はそれぞれ特徴あり。焼きは大きめに切った根菜の歯ごたえが新鮮かつもっちりとした皮とパリパリの焼き面が楽しめる。一方の水餃子は食べた瞬間から八角を主とした "あぁ中華" という香りが鼻を抜ける。そして中には小籠包のようにスープが結構入っているので、なるべく一口で食べるのがベター。 It is a restaurant with many Sichuan dishes, and you can enjoy local flavors instead of so-called Japanese Chinese food.
