★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早朝にウェブから問い合わせして午前中にはキンライサーより折り返しあり。その時点でお願いすれば翌日午後には工事できる様でした。うちは一度夫に相談してから工事をお願いしたので5分後位にこちらから折り返し、2日後に施工となりましたが充分早い対応だと思います。
現在コロナの影響で機器の在庫がどれも少なく、これから年末に向けて本格的に寒くなると修理や交換が増えるので工事の予約自体も取り辛くなるようです。今のタイミングで素早く対応してもらえて本当に良かったです。
うちは築16年で直前まで出てたお湯が急に出なくなりめちゃくちゃ困りました。使用歴10年を大きく超える方は本格的に寒くなる前に交換を検討した方が安心かもです。

I'm really glad that you responded quickly at the current timing.
We were 16 years old and the hot water that had been out until just before suddenly stopped coming out and I was in trouble. For those who have been using it for more than 10 years, it may be safer to consider replacing it before it gets cold in earnest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 故障当日 色んな業者に問い合わせしましたが キンライサーが1番対応が良かったです。在庫も他の業者は3ヶ月待ちだったのですが キンライサーは運よく在庫があり 5日後の工事予定を 無理を言って問い合わせ翌日に 無理を言ったのですが 対応して下さり とても助かりました。工事担当者も 親切な対応 素早い作業で とても満足しました。
