★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話があり何度も折り返しをしてもコールセンターは常に話中で出ず、やっと繋がったと思ったらこんどは番号が確認できないと言われました、一体どうやって連絡を取ればいいのか…… 留守電にもならないし非常に困りました

契約の面ではダイワリビングは融通がきかなさすぎるわ、お客様の為というより、あくまで業務。教科書の通りに動いているような。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コールセンターで該当する項目がないものが多くあり、さらに担当の営業所への連絡手段が明記されていない、連絡ができる曜日や時間帯が示されていないなど、意思疎通が出来ない。賃貸であることをあまり意識していないように見受けられる。

未だに差別的な会社のようです。
日本人なのに何故かパスポートを求められてました。申し込み時に免許証のコピーなどを提出しているにもかかわず、2週間も音沙汰もなく、こちらから連絡して何故かパスポートが必要だと言われました。パスポートを即日発行出来るとでも考えているのでしょうか？
また折り返しの電話もなく、オペレーターの対応も雑で礼儀もなっていないです。
賃貸でこんな経験初めてでした。

まず、連絡がつかない。
オペレーターへ電話連絡を頂きたいと伝えても、担当からの連絡無し。
以前は、急な家賃の値上げ連絡が書面のみで送られて来ました。
（電話や訪問での説明一切無し）
問い合わせたら値上げ無しになりましたが、値上げの理由も意味不明。
値上げの明細を依頼しても頂けませんでした。
どう言う会社方針なのか、
どう言う社内教育なのか理解できません。
二度と大和リビングでは借りません。
