来店しても、こちらが見えてるはずなのに知らん顔でデスクに着席したまま。なので、声をかけて三回目でやっと出てくる始末。
でも、駐車場が必要なのは我が家なので我慢した(笑)

大学の下宿を探しに訪れました。初めての地で不安いっぱいでしたが、担当の方がとても親切にしてくださりました。
物件探しの際も、こちらの条件にあった物件を丁寧に教えてくださり、内見も丁寧な対応でした。
契約が決まった後も、室外灯や部屋のことなど、本当に親身になって相談に乗ってくださりました。
相談の際も、いつでも相談してくださいね！と言う一言をいつも掛けてくださりました。初めて一人暮らしを始めた私にとってとても安心のできる一言でした。
引越しの際も、部屋に備え付けのものや、退去のタイミング、電気やガスの引き継ぎについてなど、丁寧に詳しく教えていただきました。
退去時も見送ってくださり、担当の方のおかげで本当に気持ちの良い生活が出来ました。
電話をかけた際に他の社員の方も丁寧な対応をしてくださります。
最後になりますが、ここのお店は、皆さん丁寧で親身になってくれます。
