利用者に対して弱い物イジメが横行しています
実際僕は他の人より多くさせられてました
無茶ぶりって奴です
絶対にこなせない仕事を振って潰させて出来なくさせて辞めさせるのが狙い
逆に職員同士ではサボりを隠蔽しかばい合い逆に都合が良い時だけ指導して来ます
一切信用出来ない社会でしたね
