電話対応の担当女マジ最悪っす
名乗ったらばこちらの名前を何回もゆってきたり（人の名前を勝手に使ったうえそれを何回もさぞ自分の名前のようにあくどくゆってきた）、こちらの質問にはさっぱり答えてもらえず一方的にまくしたててきたり、保険証の期限が切れてるので新しい保険証はないかと言ってきたので何を言ってるかわからずそれに対しこちらからもいつの年月になってますか、その保険証は使えないんですか？、書いてある年月日は見ましたか？と聞いたところ、担当者はただ切れてます＿＿＿＿＿＿。の一点張りでした。
こちらが何か聞くと不満なのかそれに対し全く耳を傾けることなくこっちはあいにくその保険証しか持ってないです、と言った途端
取り消します？→取り消しいただきます、再度書類をよこせみたいなこと言って電話中にもかかわらずなんか一方的に切られた
ふざけんな！とすごく腹正しくなったのでもう使いたくなくなると思う
