お客にしたら、駐車場が広く、入りやすく出やすい所のコンビニが、繁盛しているように思う。
昔藤越植田店があった場所。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜10時以降に入っている年配の女性の方の接客が最悪です。無理に笑えと言ってるのではなく、睨んだり、お客に対して首を傾げるのはいかがなものかと。人としておかしいのではないですか？やる気がないならやめてください。
The worst customer service is for older women who enter after 10 pm. Instead of saying that you should laugh forcibly, how about glaring or tilting your head toward the customer? Isn't it strange as a person? If you are not motivated, please stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 収納代行を頼んだら必要な所に受領印を押して貰えていませんでした。
そこまでならミスや不慣れで済む話ですが、店を出てすぐに気付き戻って判を押してもらうように頼むと、とても無愛想な態度で面倒くさそうに作業をされ不愉快でした。
ここの店員はそういう方が多いように感じます。
優秀な人材はまず来ないコンビニのアルバイトに多くを求める気はありませんが、接客業と言う事を忘れないで欲しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 袋購入して、商品入れてもらったら、入れてる最中に袋が破れた。これ少し破れましたって笑いながら渡されて、謝られることはなかった。車までには商品が外に飛び出して出てきてしまった。
袋も今や商品ですよね？破れてるなら交換すべき。
セブンイレブンに問い合わせたら、その対応したのが店長だとか…
ありえないお店。
それ以降行ってない。
