以前に、ハウスメイト三鷹支店で、アパートの賃貸契約をしました。三鷹支店の方は大変親切丁寧で、ありがたいと思いました。しかし、そのアパートの大家さんがこちらのハウスメイトマネジメントの方に業務委託をしており、トラブル対応の際に対応いただいておりましたが、その対応にがっかりでした。内容としては、警察沙汰になるほどの騒音が聞こえ、その騒音の発生源がうちではないか、と隣の住居者が子連れでインターホンを何度も鳴らしドア越しに怒鳴ってきた、ということがあり、その際に全く取り合ってもらえませんでした。また、水漏れトラブルの際には、大家さん側の肩を持つ担当者だったため、水道業者は共用部の欠陥との回答だったにも関わらず、担当者の回答は、費用は住居者負担であるという一点張りで、挙げ句、近隣にホテルなどがあるので、修理の場合そちらに泊まってもらえませんか？と提案されました。仕事や経済面からそのようなことは無理と申し上げましたが、残念ながらご理解はいただけませんでした。隣にお住まいだった方も、こちらの担当者も、長く住むことを考えるとこれ以上接点を取ると、私たち家族の生活に支障が出ると判断し、数年住んだ後、転居しました。大家さんと住居者との板挟みで日々ご苦労のことと存じますが、改善をしていただければと思います。

Both the person who lived next door and the person in charge here decided that if they made more contact with each other considering that they would live for a long time, it would hinder the lives of our family, so we moved after living for several years. .. I know that you have a hard time every day between the landlord and the resident, but I hope you can improve it.
