★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国分寺にもあるつけ蕎麦のお店。写真は海老味噌。麺は固めだが、つけ汁と合わせるとちょうど良い。つけ汁は冷たい、温かいを選べるが、温かい方がオススメ。卓上にある葱のフレークのようなものは、味変にもなるし、食感もうまれて是非試してほしい。つけ蕎麦だけだと少し飽きがくるので、丼ものやトッピングがあると尚良い。
 A soba restaurant in Kokubunji. The photo is shrimp miso. The noodles are firm, but they are just right when combined with the soup. You can choose cold or warm soup, but warmer one is recommended. The flakes of green onions on the table can change the taste and texture, so please try it. I'm a little tired of using only soba noodles, so it's even better to have rice bowls and toppings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチ利用。3辛の辛豚つけ蕎麦特選御膳を注文。提供は早くPayPayも利用可。普通の蕎麦と違いそうで入るの抵抗あったけど想像以上に美味しかった。
Use for lunch. 3 I ordered a special set of soba noodles with spicy pork. Offer is quick and PayPay is also available. It seemed to be different from ordinary soba, and I was reluctant to enter it, but it was more delicious than I had imagined.

面白そうなそば屋を見つけたので訪問してみました。
お店の名前はボンサイ立川店。
飲食店が並ぶ通りにこちらはありました。
まずは券売機で食券を購入します。
担々つけそばとかいろいろありますなー。
今回は鶏つけ蕎麦、炙り鶏肉、とろろトッピングをチョイス。
店内は落ち着いた照明と雰囲気です。
カウンターに座ってしばし提供を待ちます。
提供されたのを見るとたっぷりの刻みのり、トッピングの炙り鶏がどーんと麺の上に載ってます。
スープにも葱やゴマがたくさんかかってますな。
とろろは別皿提供でした。
どぼんとつけ汁につけてすすってみると
蕎麦はごわっとしたコシのあるタイプで食べ応えります。
細く繊細なタイプじゃなくってこれはこれで結構好き。
とろろを絡めて食べてもつるっと感が加わっていい感じです。
つけ汁は醤油がしっかりと効いていてそばによくあってます。
鶏油、生姜が適度に感じられて美味しいと思います。
炙り鶏は香ばしさもあって肉厚で美味い。
これで120円だったら全然お得だと思いますな。
瞬殺で食べ終わりました。
このタイプの蕎麦はたまに見かけるけど
結構好きで美味しくいただけました。
他のつけ蕎麦も食べてみたいかな。

The name of the store is Bonsai Tachikawa store.

There are various kinds of soba noodles such as dandan noodles.
This time, I chose chicken soba noodles, roasted chicken, and tororo toppings.
The interior has calm lighting and atmosphere.
Sit at the counter and wait for a while.
When you see it served, you will find plenty of chopped chicken and roasted chicken toppings on top of the noodles.
The soup also has a lot of green onions and sesame seeds.
Tororo was provided as a separate plate.
Soak it in dobon and soup and sip it
Soba is a chewy and chewy type that you can eat.
It's not a thin and delicate type, but I like this one.
It's nice to eat with tororo and add a smooth feeling.
The soy sauce works well and it goes well with soba noodles.
I think the chicken oil and ginger are delicious because they are moderately felt.
The roasted chicken is thick and delicious with its aroma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンのような蕎麦のような初めての食間で、超美味しかったです。サイズは4段階くらいに分かれてました。わたしは並をオーダーしましたが、結構量が多かったので女性は小でもいいかもしれません。
ゴマとかドライ葱がかけ放題なのも嬉しい。辛いのが好きな人は特製スパイスがオススメ。
It was super delicious at the first meal like soba like ramen. The size was divided into about 4 stages. I ordered average, but the amount was quite large, so the female may be small.
I'm glad that you can use sesame seeds and dry green onions as much as you want. If you like spicy food, we recommend special spices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前より気になっていた「つけ蕎麦BONSAI立川店」へランチに。メッチャお腹空いていたので、特選御膳1100円をいただきました。つけ汁がウマイ！もっと早くから来ておけば良かったと反省。
あげネギと、すりごまをたっぷり使うと更に旨さアップ！入口外観と違って店内奥はオシャレな雰囲気でした。おススメです！
For lunch at "Tsukesoba BONSAI Tachikawa", which I was more interested in than before. I was hungry, so I got a special set of 1100 yen. The soup is delicious! I regret that I should have come earlier.
