★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのクリニックへ花粉症で初めて受診しました。受付の方の対応も良く、先生も親身に診察して下さり、とても良かったです。また目で何かあれば受診しようと思います。
 I visited this clinic for the first time because of hay fever. The receptionist was very friendly and the teacher was very nice to see me. If there is something with my eyes, I will go to see a doctor.

大宮駅直結のルミネ内にありアクセスがよいこと、web予約のため待ち時間もさほどないこと、スタッフの方々・そしてなにより院長先生が丁寧に診察してくださいました。
とてもおすすめです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1時間近く待たされた挙げ句、検査員の女性（福◯愛みたいな女性）はとても声が小さく、聞き取れないため対応に戸惑っていると、明らかにイラついている態度。検査用のメガネをデスクにバンっ大きな音を立てるように置いたり等、とても対応が悪かった。名札も無く、報告しようがないのでこちらに上げました。フロントや先生はとても対応が良かったので残念。でもあの女性がいる限り気分が悪いので絶対に行かない。
After waiting for almost an hour, the inspector's woman (a woman like Fuku ◯ Ai) had a very quiet voice and was confused because she couldn't hear it. The response was very poor, such as placing inspection glasses on the desk to make a loud noise. I didn't have a name tag and I couldn't report it, so I posted it here. It's a pity that the front desk and the teachers were very friendly. But as long as there is that woman, I feel sick, so I will never go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目に違和感を覚え、久しぶりに眼科を受診するので緊張しながら伺いましたが先生もスタッフの方もとても優しく丁寧で安心して受診できました。駅直結で便利ですし、診察もスムーズだったので通いたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大宮ルミネ２の中にあり利便性がとても良かったので診察を受ける事にしました。症状は目が霞むようで毎日不安に思っていたのがきっかけでした。病院を訪れるとスタッフの女性の皆さんが笑顔でとても明るすぐに不安が和らぎました。病院内もとても清潔感がありピカピカで綺麗でした。医院長先生は慶応医学部部卒業でとてもやさしく良い感じでした。症状についてもとても分かりやすく丁寧に説明してくれたので不安だった心が明るくなりました。これからも良くなるまで通いま～す！

When I visited the hospital, the female staff members smiled and were very cheerful, and my anxiety was alleviated immediately. The inside of the hospital was also very clean and shiny and beautiful. The director of the clinic was very kind and nice after graduating from Keio University School of Medicine. He explained the symptoms in a very easy-to-understand manner, which brightened my anxiety. I will continue to go until it gets better!

事実上のエキナカで駅直結で行けるのはとても良いです。
商業施設内なので待ち時間も飽きずに過ごせます。
診察の方もとても親身に診て頂けて有難かったです！
かなり視力が下がっており、これからも何かと相談していきたいと考えてます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大宮駅直結でルミネの中に入ってる新しくオープンした大宮いけだ眼科。
行った日は雨だったが駅中なので濡れずに行けるのが嬉しい。
ホームページからweb予約したので時間通りスムーズに診てもらえた。院長先生も若くて丁寧で優しかったし、クリニックも新しくて綺麗なので人気が出そう。
院内処方なので外の薬局に薬取りに行く必要もなかったのでそこも個人的に嬉しかった。
花粉で目が痒かったので、点眼薬と点鼻薬をもらったが過去に使っていたものも丁寧に聞いてくれて処方してもらえたので安心でした。

Since it was an in-hospital prescription, I didn't have to go to an outside pharmacy to get medicine, so I was personally happy there.
My eyes were itchy due to pollen, so I received eye drops and nasal drops, but I was relieved that they carefully listened to what I had used in the past and prescribed it.

大宮駅の改札出たらすぐのルミネ2 四階なので、利便性抜群。
雨にも濡れずに行けます。
また、様々なテナントやレストランがすぐ近くにあるので、待ち時間も退屈しませんね。
白い大理石調のフロアは清潔感もありました。
クリニック自体はコンパクトに纏まっています。
機械も最新のものが色々あったので、しっかりと検査も受けらそうです。
これから楽しみです。
