★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家庭的な食堂で、白味噌仕立てのラーメンです。コクがありダシのきいたスープがとても美味しくてヤミツキになります。近くに行った時は、必ず食べます。日曜日は定休日ですので注意‼️
 It is a ramen made with white miso in a homely dining room. The rich and crispy soup is very delicious and makes you sick. Whenever I go nearby, I always eat it. Please note that Sunday is a regular holiday! ️

赤白の二種類の味噌と醤油・塩とラーメン中心の店！
味噌を食べましたが、色ほど辛くはなくマズマズ!おにぎりが温かく出てきたのは良かったです！

ただ、星4つの理由としては普通でも量が多めなのでハーフサイズ(1/2)の量を提供できれば良いと思います。(麺類等はハーフサイズ(1/2)はありますが、御飯物等には無い為)
写真はチャーハンの大サイズ(大盛)で量がとても多かったので食べきるのがやっとでした。?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名物の白味噌チャーシュー（中盛）をいただきました。
白味噌のスープは熱々で濃厚。甘めの枝豆味噌が旨い。麺は中盛なのに、普通の店の大盛りぐらいのボリュームで文句なし。
ただ、残念なのがチャーシュー。独特の癖があり、苦手な人もいそう。
次回は白味噌（普通）でいいかな!!

次々お客さんが来て繁盛してますね。
白みそラーメン注文。
枝豆大豆味噌は初めてでしたが、玉葱の甘さも加わり美味しいスープです。
カボチャ入ってるのは珍しいですね。
麺は多加水かな、個人的には好きな食感です。
行ってから気付いたのですが、帰れマンデーで紹介された隠れた名店とか。
美味さ納得です。
また田沢湖行った際は寄りたいです。

一度は行きたいとおもってなかなか行けず、阿仁方面に向かう用事があったのでその時に伺わせて頂きました。白味噌ラーメンは、生姜もはいってて味噌の味を美味しくさせてくれてました。野菜も美味しく、麺、具共においしさ満点?ボリュームもよかったー。
チャーハンも半チャーハンあると嬉しいかもです。次回は別のラーメンも食べてみます。
