クオリティ最高です。
夜も最高です。特上で2500円。お一人でやられているので、混雑時は待つかも知れませんが、雰囲気を愉しみましょう。

出汁の利いた美味しいお味噌汁とお新香、デザートのフルーツ迄付いて850円！
それでいてネタも新鮮、盛りも良く、満足できました。
土呂駅から6〜7分でしょうか、付近にお店も少なく住宅街の中といった感じなので、看板目印に。
数人座れるカウンターと、4人テーブルが2つのお座敷が有ります。
当日は小さな子供が居たのでお座敷を利用しました。
ご主人も愛想良く、おすすめです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年2月発来店、住宅街でひっそりと営業している町のお寿司屋さん。店内は昔懐かしい昭和の雰囲気でTV画面には昔の歌謡番組のビデオらしき映像が流れていました。今日は奮発してにぎりの上寿司1500円を注文。ネタは大きく存在感があり、お腹いっぱい。食後にりんごがデザートとして提供されました。大将がなんとも優しそうな雰囲気でした。
2022年2月に大手回転寿司チェーン店の鮪祭りを試したものの、ネタが薄っぺらくて旨味も味も感じられず期待外れだったのでまたこちらに来ました。2022年3月、3回目。今回は並寿司1.5人前1100円。最初に小皿とミニサラダ。そしてカウンターで大将が握りながらお寿司が提供されます。最初の6貫のうち鮪赤身が3貫。ネタが分厚くて旨味、甘みが感じられてとてもおいしい！次に握りがさらに5貫、そして巻物1本、最後に果物で1100円。大満足です。
こちらのお店、開業して35年くらいとのことです。こうした町のお寿司屋さんのカウンターで大将とお話をしながらお寿司を楽しむというのは、単に食事をするだけではなくて、お寿司に加え、この雰囲気、時間を楽しむという食文化という気がします。先日の大手回転寿司店では、
入店してからタッチパネルで座席の希望を伝え、端末の指示で席に移動し、注文もタッチパネル。お会計も自動精算で人間味が無く、とても食文化とは思えませんね。
