K	K Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店構え的に入りずらいが頑張って入ってみたら想像の通り、店内は高級感のある造りでした。値段がどこにもなく、一秒でオワタを予感。しかし、せっかくだから「特上すし」とにぎりを数貫、冷酒を注文させていただき、見た目、味はどれも最高で感動しました。お寿司一貫一貫に店主の愛情を感じました。星を四つにした理由は単純に庶民の私には分不相応だった為です。←理不尽かよ記念日やお給料日などの日には是非行きたいお店ですね。美味しゅうございました。 It was difficult to enter the store, but as I imagined, the interior of the store was luxurious. 遊	遊民 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日のお昼に行きました。上にぎりをいただきました。テーブル席二つ、カウンター8席程の大人のお鮨屋さんでした。カウンター越しに並んでいたネタがおいしそうでした。アナゴの笹やきもおいしかったです。安心していけるお鮨屋さんだと思います。 I went to lunch on Sunday. I got a rice ball on the top. It was an adult sushi restaurant with 2 table seats and 8 counter seats. The material lined up over the counter looked delicious. The conger eel bamboo grass was also delicious. I think it's a sushi restaurant where you can rest assured.

Highlights of the meal was the red uni from Kyushu, the steamed and then grilled giant prawn, Hokkaido uni, marinated firefly squid and the salmon roe which was briefly marinated and served in a bowl over some sushi rice. I had thought that the uni from Hokkaido was to die for but the red uni from Kyushu was to die for. Super sweet and literally just melts in your mouth. The apprentice even had to tell us to chew slowly just to get all the yummy flavors of both the uni and the perfectly flavored sushi rice to reach each and every taste bud in your mouth. OMG was that Kyushu uni tasty. I did see reports of a purple uni which unfortunately didn't get to experience but can only imagine how tasty it is. The firefly squid was unique in that once you bite down, a sudden burst of flavor pops and like Chef Oka mentioned "super juicy." Not being a fan of salmon roe, I'm glad I tried it as it was super flavorful and creamy. I can say I have a new found appreciation for this as it really was that good. Chef Oka has a unique approach with the prawn in that it's steamed but then he grills it just to add a nice smokey flavor to it.
