試食として、素揚げを食べさせて頂きました。
ひげの部分がさくさくで、甘みもありホクホクでとても美味しかったです。
 There is a beard garlic that is strong in sweetness and has little odor after eating.
As a tasting, I ate fried chicken.
The beard was crisp, sweet and savory and delicious.

日本酒の久保田で有名な朝日山の蔵に併設されたレストランでひげにんにくの天ぷらを食べてからハマってしまい、実家へのお土産などにもよく購入していました。
アヒージョで食べても美味しいけど、天ぷらが一番お勧めです！！
I lived in Nagaoka until a few years ago.
I was addicted to the beard garlic tempura at the restaurant attached to the Asahiyama warehouse, which is famous for sake Kubota, and I often bought it as a souvenir for my parents' house.
It's delicious to eat at Ajillo, but tempura is the most recommended! !!
