★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水のきれいな棚田で作ったキヌヒカリを食べてみました。最初は白飯で味わってみましたが、米の粒が大きくて食感がいい!と思いました。甘味は少な目なので濃い料理にも合う印象です。ヒノキの枡もお米を測る以外にも長く使えそうで気に入ってます。
 I tried to eat Kinuhikari made in a rice terrace with clean water. At first I tried it with white rice, but I thought that the grain of rice was large and the texture was good! It has a slight sweetness, so it is also suitable for dark dishes. I also like the Japanese cypress cypress, as it can be used for a long time in addition to measuring rice.
