★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初麺がちょっと柔らかすぎるのが気になったくらいで、天ぷらも本当に美味いし、値段も高めだがそれだけの価値はある。この値段設定は客層のフィルタリングの為にも機能してるのでこれでいいと思う。店内狭めで家庭的な雰囲気。
できれば禁煙にして欲しいけど客層（比較的上品な客が多いが年配なので喫煙率それなりに高め）考えると無理そう。

お蕎麦も手打ちでこしがありとても好きなお蕎麦でした。
店内は狭いのですぐに満席になってしまいます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 場所は西川口から100mくらいという立地にいい場所にあります。mapでみると、ラーメンの名店「有彩」の隣にあるようにみえますが、お店は線路沿い側にあります。
12時前に訪問。店内にはまだお客さんはいないので好きな席に座らせていただきます。メニューをチェックしますが、「割子そば」が目に入ったので即決でそれにしました。店員さんがお茶を運んできてくれたので割子そば（1540円）をお願いして待つことにします。
割子蕎麦は写真の通り、5種類の具材がせいろを出汁で楽しむというもの。色々な味を楽しめるのは嬉しい限り。天ぷらそば、大根おろしそば、ざるそば、なめこそば、たまごととろそばというラインナップ。そばは30gくらいでしょうか、3口くらいで食べられる量なので全体でも150gくらいなのでそれほど多いわけでもありません。
天ぷらはからっとあがっていて、小さめのえび、ピーマン、なすはなかなか美味しい。とろろもなめこもつるつるとしていて蕎麦とよく合います。蕎麦自体はややかために仕上がっていますがなぜかすでに"だま"になっていて食べにくいですね。
出汁はやや甘めですがそれほど特徴があるわけでもありませんね。それぞれの蕎麦をつけてたべ、最後は蕎麦湯をいれて飲み干しごちそうさまでした。

As you can see in the picture, Wariko Soba is made with 5 kinds of ingredients to enjoy the bamboo steamer with soup stock. As long as you are happy to enjoy various flavors. A lineup of tempura soba, grated radish soba, zaru soba, namekoba, egg and toro soba. Soba is about 30g, or about 150g as a whole because it can be eaten with about 3 mouths, so it is not so much.
The tempura is fried, and the small shrimp, peppers, and eggplant are quite delicious. It is smooth and smooth and goes well with soba noodles. The soba itself is slightly finished, but for some reason it is already "fooled" and difficult to eat.
The soup stock is a little sweet, but it's not that characteristic. I ate each soba noodles, and at the end I added soba hot water and drank it for a feast.
