★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マーラータンと注文して料理が出てくるのを待とうとしたら、自分で具と麺を選ぶよう身振りで伝えられました。麺は春雨、具は野菜3種と肉を選びました。麺とスープが280円、具は1品100円のシステムのようで680円になりました。日本語はほどほどに通じますがいろいろ想像しないといけないところは海外旅行している気分でワクワクしました。

Noodles and soup are 280 yen, and the ingredients are 100 yen per item, which is 680 yen. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麻辣湯の店ですが、米線(ライスヌードル)もできて美味しいです。
どちらも具は冷蔵庫から選んで、1つ100円です。(確か米線は無料で2～3品入れられたはず)
辛さもピリ辛・中辛・辛口を聞かれますが、一般的な日本人の方は中辛でも十分激辛でしょう。(農心の辛ラーメンを食べれない方は無条件でピリ辛に抑えておくことをおすすめします)
生ビールも300円と安いので、辛さが気になる方はビールで鎮めるのも良いかもしれません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハルビンのお料理。女性の店員は日本語OK、男性の店員はちょい話せる感じです。
メニューは日本語ありの部分と中国語のみの部分があり、わたし的には旅行気分になりテンションがアガりました笑
お店の方がちゃんと説明してくださるのでメニューの点は大丈夫です。
お料理は安くて味にクセもなく日本人に合う味だと思います。お店の方に伺ったところハルビンの味そのままで作っているそうで日本用にアレンジしていないそうです。日本にある味ではないんですが美味しかったです。←説明が上手くできずすみません！
また行きたいです。食べるのに夢中で途中から写真を撮るのを忘れてましまいました笑

辺りには、いかにも中国人が営んでいそうな、香港的な派手なネオン看板や派手なメニュー写真が貼り出された店があるが、その中では店の広さも推しだし感も庶民的。
店内は４人掛けテーブルが２、３とカウンター席が４～６程度。
中国人の営む、現地フレーバーな店あるあるだが、エアコンの利きが弱いので、夏場、日本人にはやや店内が蒸し暑く感じるかもしれない。
水も常温で供されるのが現地風だが、この店はちゃんと氷入りのピッチャーが卓上に置いてあって◎。
店のウリはマーラータンで、自分で具材を選ぶ(３品まで自由に、それ以上は一品足すごとに100円追加…だった気がします)。
他に四川省界隈っぽい、辛い肉惣菜や油餅などが食べられる。個人的には、刻みニラの油餅がおいしかったです。
マーラータンの具材選びがよく分からない人は、店員さんに｢店の外の写真のマーラータンと同じやつください｣等と言っておけば、1000～1200円位で、同じようなやつを作ってもらえます。

久しぶりに知人と二人で入店。
コロナ禍で客足が減った為か、一部サワー系ドリンクは品切れだったものの、マーラータン、蒸し餃子、青菜炒め、等は流石の美味しさでした。

It is a local style that water is also served at room temperature, but this shop has a pitcher with ice on the table.
The store's melon is Malatang, and you can choose the ingredients yourself (up to 3 items are free, and 100 yen is added for each additional item ... I think).
In addition, you can eat spicy meat side dishes and oil cakes that are similar to the Sichuan area. Personally, the chopped leek oil cake was delicious.
If you don't know how to choose the ingredients for Malatang, ask the clerk, "Please give me the same Malatang as the one in the photo outside the store," and you can make a similar one for around 1000-1200 yen. You can get it.

Entered the store with an acquaintance for the first time in a long time.
Although some sour drinks were out of stock, probably because of the corona sickness, the malatang, steamed dumplings, stir-fried green vegetables, etc. were delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて麻辣湯というものを食べたお店。店主が中国拳法やってそうなイケメン。メニューはほとんど中国語ですが、奥さんが日本語かなり喋れますので、具材を選ぶシステムを優しく教えてくれます。辛さは無し〜小中大の四段階で選択可。
折角なので大辛いっときましょう。
ハンカチかタオルは必ず持参しましょう。
本当に美味しくてヘルシーで速くて温まります。
またリピします！

飛び込みで入ったがなかなかよかった。
好きな具材を冷蔵庫から選んでスープを指定して自分で作る。
辛くて旨味の強い味。いかにも今中国で人気の麻辣鍋だなと思う。
店員さんもお客さんも中国人ばかりで日本人はほとんどいない。
日本とは思えないすこしけだるい雰囲気が現地みたいで楽しい。
今度は夜にまた行きたいと思う。
