金	金澤みつ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リニューアルして久々に入店。店内は地元の方々かな？満席でとても賑やかでした。お料理の並びもバーニャカウダーが復活していたり、アミューズも丁寧に並んでいて素敵でした。しかし、かなりの値上がりをしたのに料理の質と店員の対応はガタ落ちしているように感じました。バーニャカウダーはソースが以前より劣悪で旨味が少ないので普通のドレッシングをかけた方がおいしかったです。グラタンやパエリアも具が少なくて貧相な感じでした。極めつけはメインのステーキです。赤身肉に脂肪を注入しているからか脂がくどい。店員さんは無言で乱暴に皿を回収してくるし無愛想。何度か料理を取ろうとしたときにぶつかってしまいましたが一言もなく唖然としました。とてもホテルで努めている方とは思えません。お料理に関しては、品数を数品減らしてもいいのでクオリティを求めてほしいです。コロナで大変とは思いますが、以前の丁寧で美味しい品を待っています。ビュッフェが大変であれば、コースにしてサラダバーとデザートビュッフェのみでもいいかもしれません。もうしばらく行く気持ちにはなれませんが、我慢できなかったのでコメントします。 Entered the store after a long time after renewal.
