平均以上だと、わたしは思っています。
そば屋さんのカツ丼って感じの味わいでした。
追記
蕎麦よりもつゆが好みでしたが、
つゆの味が変わって行かなくなってしまいました。

つけ汁が鰹節の風味が強すぎてバランス悪いかなぁ。
カツ丼のカツはしっかり厚みはあったが、肉は硬めで、あまりオススメはしない。他の丼食べた方が良さそう。

I wonder if the flavor of the dried soup is too strong and the balance is not good.
The katsudon has a thick cutlet, but the meat is rather hard and I don't recommend it much. It would be better to eat another bowl.

安くて、店内も清潔で何よりお店の方が親切で優しいです。蕎麦も程よい固さで、麺つゆも程よい甘さ。夫は、こちらの、かつ丼が大好きです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住宅街の中にあるお店です。昔から名前ゎ聞いてて地域密着型のお店みたいです。初めて伺いました。お蕎麦もスタッフの方々も良かったです。ただ・・・、最初に出てきたお水が、何故か不味かった?生臭い匂いが軽くしました。気のせいだったのかな～？一口頂いて飲まなかったので詳細不明です。
It is a shop in a residential area. I've heard the name ゎ for a long time and it seems to be a community-based shop. I visited for the first time. The soba and the staff were good. But ..., the water that came out first was unpleasant for some reason ? The fishy smell was lightened. Was it because of my mind? I didn't take a sip, so I don't know the details.
