M	Mike Alexander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コーヒーの豆を買いに行く時はここに行きます。豆の種類は100種類以上、その焙煎の仕方も自分で選べます。また豆を買うと挽いている間はサービスコーヒーを頂けたり、コーヒー以外にも珍しいお菓子とかアルコールとか置いてあって見るのが楽しいですね。また個人的にはドイツの白ビール（ヴァイツェン）で有名なERDINGERが置いてあるのが嬉しいです。 I go here to buy coffee beans. 山	山澄哲也 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 適当にコーヒー豆を選んで試してみようかと思ったら、まず生豆が色々ズラッと並んだ店内にビックリ。（お客さんの選んだ豆を、注文後に好みに合わせて焙煎してくれる方式。）コーヒーはド素人の自分が、得意の日本酒を選ぶ時に例えて「酸味の強いのは多分苦手で、コクと香りが良いのが好きだと思う」と伝えたところ、親切かつ的確に豆と焙煎具合のアドバイスをして頂き、それに感激しました。コーヒーを淹れるための茶器やお茶菓子（コーヒーの場合は何と言うのだろう…）は初心者が扱い易いものから、玄人はニヤリとする（素人なのであくまでも想像ですが）お高い品物まで、コーヒー好きな創業者の、コーヒーの良さを広く楽しんでもらいたい！という意志を勝手に感じ取りながら買い物を楽しみました。狭い店内に多くのお客さんが訪れるため、落ち着いてゆっくり散策はし難いですが、ここでコーヒーの勉強を重ねていきたいと思いました。 When I thought about choosing coffee beans and trying them out, I was surprised at the store where various raw beans were lined up.
