★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店は、『なんで、こんな素敵な お店がここに？』って思いましたが、マスターに尋ねたら、現在は都内在住ですが、元々は地元の方との事です。お店の隣の敷地を畑にして、無農薬野菜を育てて、それを料理に使っているから、素材の味が濃くて美味しい！
マスター夫妻の様な素敵なセカンドライフに憧れますね(^^)
一年後、マスターが偶然お客として来たのですが、あまりにも横柄な態度！立場が違った途端に態度が変貌するマスターに正直がっかりしてしまいました。
もうライデンには行かないです。
The store said, "Why is this wonderful shop here? ], But when I asked the master, I am currently living in Tokyo, but originally with a local person. The site next to the shop is used as a field to grow pesticide-free vegetables and use them for cooking, so the ingredients are rich and delicious!
I yearn for a wonderful second life like the master couple (^ ^)
A year later, the master came by accident as a customer, but too arrogant! I was honestly disappointed with the master whose attitude changed as soon as I changed my position.
I don't go to Leiden anymore.
