たまたま近隣で訪れましたが、他社にはない安心感とどの方も明るい接客をしてくださるので少し遠くても訪れる価値はあるかと思います。
(施設入口に店舗があるため冬場は風通しがあり寒いですが、ヒーターをつけて下さるのでとても快適でした)

ただ、利用する際のアプリなんですが機種にもよるけど時間指定がちょっと操作しにくいのが難点かも？
これはアプリ側の改善点だと思うので、店舗サービスとしては星5です。

希望額に対して真摯に受け止めて頂き、最大限応えて頂けて有難かったです。
また単に高く買い取って頂けるだけではなく、店員の方が非常にフレンドリーで、現在の相場や売却時期についてのアドバイスなど、売り手のメリットにつながる情報提供を頂ける点も、他の買取店には無い魅力だと思います。
これ以外でも過去に2度査定をお願いしており、新車購入時に乗り換えの為、査定をお願いしたこともありましたが、当初ディーラーから提示された下取り額に不満があり、アップル様からの提示額を武器にディーラーとの交渉を優位に進める事ができた点もプラスです。
その時はこちらで売却できず申し訳ありませんでしたが、今回満足いく売却が出来てとても良かったと思っております。
