K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の12:30に訪問、ランチの時間です。お店の名前は「媽媽」コンセプトは中国家庭料理のお店です。席数はカウンター8席、他4人がけ、2人がけテーブル席あり、合計25人くらい座れそうです。ランチメニューはセットでA〜Dあり、他のメニューも選べます。今回の主目的の四川担々麺と、レタスとチャーシューのチャーハンを注文、それぞれ1,070円です。担々麺が先に到着です。豆乳胡麻のスープは濃厚クリーミー。ラー油は自家製のようですね、辛さがずっと続きます。麺は溶け込んで具材と一体化、超一体化。もやし、ほうれん草シャキシャキ食感たまりません。チャーハンは、チャーシューが甘めのタレで煮込んでいるようで、チャーハン全体が少し甘く感じます。これは好みの問題でしょう、。美味しいです。お店の雰囲気も家庭料理というコンセプトにマッチしていて良いと思いました。 Visit at 12:30 on Saturday, lunch time.
