ぱ	ぱん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エキュート大宮での出店を利用しました。わらび餅と、大福を１つだけ買ったのですが、大福は大きなパックしか無いようでそれに入れられとてもバランスが悪く、しかも入れられたのがツルツル滑る袋だったので、バランスを崩し滑って地面に落ちてしまいました。たとえ客側の不注意だったとしても他店ではこんなことがあった場合、「すぐにお取り変え致します」と取りかえてくださり大変感動したものでしたが、こちらのお店ではそんなこともなくそれだけでなく更に男性の店員さんに私の荷物が多いことを「すごいっすね！笑」と笑われたのも、心から不快でした。客の荷物が多いと感じるなら、「滑りやすいのでお気をつけください」とか、商品の渡し方に気を付けるとか、嗤うのではなく、もっと気遣うべきことがあるのではないでしょうか？この店の店員さんに、お客様に気分良く美味しく召し上がっていただきたい、という気持ちは無いようです。落ちたものを食べさせても何とも思わないようです。食べ物の味は、結局は気分によって変わります。今まで食べたなかでいちばん、とてもとても残念なわらび餅と大福でした。 I used the store opening at Ecute Omiya.
