満足する治療は受けられず、お金を払って得られるのは不快感だけの最低クリニックです。
受診を考えてこの口コミを見た方がいたら、絶対受診しない方がいいです。
お金が無駄になります。
医師、看護師、どなたも失礼な態度です。
検査用紙を渡して何も解説しない医師、患者の状況は鑑みずに自分の都合だけで検査を進める看護師と国家試験を通った方々とは思えない方ばかりです。
傷つき、病んでいる人を治療する場とは思えない。
お金を払うことが本当に苦痛だった。
なぜこんな不快な思いをしてお金を払わないといけないのか。
同じ医療者として本当に嫌悪感を抱きました、資格剥奪して欲しい。
二度と受診しないし、誰にも勧めない。

息子の骨折で初めてこちらに来たのですが、受付の若い男性の方、看護師さん、担当医の方も凄く優しく、丁寧でした。
日によるんですかね〜。?

通いたくないです。
受付、看護師、医師の連携が全く出来てない。
二度、三度同じことを聞かれるのは当たり前。
診察室から患者に対する文句も聞こえます。
特に看護師の年配の方は非常に感じが悪いです。
説明しても理解してくれません。
出来れば、星をつけたくない。気持ちの上ではマイナス評価です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祝日の午後に受診したが診察待ち5人位で30分待った程度。診察に当たった医師も初診時には分からない不顕性骨折の可能性もあることをちゃんと説明し、次回受診の目安を伝えてくれたしっかりとしたクリニック。院内処方で便利。医師、看護師、放射線技師、事務職でやっているのかと思ったら、柔道整復師もいたことにはビックリしたが、妙に納得もした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付、内見、全てめちゃ遅い、レントゲン、MRI する時荷物ロッカーに置いても言わない。怖いでしょ。お金、大事な物無くなったら、やばいよ。
園長先生は優しいですがもう1人60代の男性医者はうるさい、すごくえらそうな話し方で2回は行きたくない。3回ぐらいケガの時行きましたが一回も良いなとは思えなかって。
近く別の病院会ったら行かない方がいいです。

普段こういったレビューは書かずに、書かれたレビューを利用するだけの人間なのですがこちらに通って余りにも目に余ったので書きます。
数年前にも何度かお世話になった事がありましたがコロナ禍と言う事もあり不特定多数が集まる病院等は必要最低限の通院に留めていたのですが、家族の付き添いで先日こちらにお邪魔しました。
来院する患者をドンドン受け入れてくれるのは素直にありがたいと思う一方で、医療機関にも関わらず
ソーシャルディスタンスが全くされていないのは何の冗談かと思いました。
人と人の間隔を空けるために1人分のスペースを開けるのが昨今の常識になっているのも関わらず
待合室やリハビリ室での待ち椅子は隣に座ると肩と肩が触れ合うくらいになっています。
受付を見ていると今現在は内科は受診を断っているようで整形のみ受け付けているからという考え方ゆえに
コロナに感染するリスクはないと考えているのかも知れませんが医療機関として余りに対処がおざなりと言わざるを得ません。
今現在もこの状態と言う事は、昨年のコロナ禍の最盛期もこんな状況でやっていたとすればここからコロナ患者が出なかったとしたら奇跡だと思います。
その一方でリハビリ室の整体師の先生達は治療が終わる毎にベッドを消毒されており、そういう気遣いが出来てソーシャルディスタンスは出来ないという点が凄くチグハグな印象でした。
先日はたまたま空いてるタイミングだったのかリハビリ室を覗いたらメガネをかけた黒い服を着た背の高いスタッフが
患者用の待ち椅子に腰掛けて他のスタッフと大声で笑いながら(マスクはされてましたけど)寛いでいました。
他の大多数のスタッフさんはいろいろ忙しそうにされてたのでその方は立場的に偉いスタッフなのかも知れませんが、こういう施設のスタッフは常に患者から見られているという自覚は無いのでしょうか?
もちろん私がたまたまそういう場面を目撃したという事もあるかも知れませんが……

Looking at the reception desk, it seems that the internal medicine department is currently refusing to receive medical examinations, and only plastic surgery is accepted.
You may think that there is no risk of getting infected with corona, but I have to say that the medical institution is too lazy to deal with it.
I think it would be a miracle to say that this condition is still in this state if there were no corona patients from here if the corona illness last year was in such a situation.
On the other hand, the chiropractor teachers in the rehabilitation room disinfect the bed after each treatment, and I was impressed by the fact that they could not take such care and social distance.

何度かこちらに通ってみましたが受付からお会計まで大体2時間以上掛かる事が普通みたいです。
正直言ってそこまで待つほどの治療効果があるのかは今の段階では不明です……
あとはスタッフによって患者に対する対応に物凄く差があるように感じます。
リハビリ室では治療が終わると青いカードが手渡され、それを受付に出すとお会計が始まるのですが、初めてこちらのリハビリ室でお世話になった際はメガネをかけた黒服のスタッフの治療を受け、終わった際には「こちらでカードを出しておきます」と言われたので「ここは全てスタッフがやってくれるのかな?」と思っていたら二回目はカードを手渡され、カードの出し方や出す場所を知らない私は困惑してしました。自分でカードを受付に出す必要があるなら最初の時にそういう出し方や場所の説明は欲しかったです。
かと思えば受付でお会計を待っている時に青服を着た大柄なスタッフが初めての患者さんに対して物凄く丁寧にカードや診察券の出し方を説明していて「私の時もこれくらい丁寧に教えてくれれば…」と思ってしまいました。
